Return Policy

  • All clothing items & accessories except for inner wear purchased from can be returned or exchanged if there are any size issues or damages within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery. In case we might have missed to add an item ordered, please make sure that you send the unboxing video to us so that we can confirm the same.
  • In case of a return or exchange, The tags should be intact and a photo of the tags intact should be sent to our customer care team before the return has been initiated.
  • We have a return pick up facility by our courier partner but in case you’re in a non serviceable pin code the item will have to be couriered by the customer.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box: Cube Esquire, Building No: 10/644K, Manjummel, Eloor, Udyogamandalam P.O,Kochi – 683 501. Please share the tracking details with the customer care team for the return after shipping.
  • Once your return is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place and returned within 7 days after initiating the return.
  • A notification with the status of return will be sent to you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.
  • In case of a return and refund, your bank account will be credited in 7-10 working days after return quality check confirmation.
  • All items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged. While using a coupon code and you require a return and refund, the coupon discount will be reduced from the refund amount.
  • Important: We will not be accepting a return or exchange of any item without the tags intact.
